Hey, @xerman 👋
Thanks for reaching out! We’ve noticed that in some cases, certain optimization plugins can cause conflicts with our plugin, especially when their minification or JavaScript optimization features are enabled. These can sometimes break its JavaScript files.
Could you please let us know if you have any plugins like that installed? It’d also be very helpful if you could share a complete list of the plugins you currently have active on your site. That will help us identify any possible conflicts.
If you’d like, you can also submit a bug report on the plugin’s GitHub repository. Alternatively, just fill out the template below and share it here in your reply.

Hello, first of all thank you for your reply.
In my case so far I have found that the problem was because I upgraded my php version and the web host had some extensions disabled that caused problems in this and other plugins.
I will keep investigating but I’m 95% sure the problem was the mentioned php upgrade not related with your plugin.
