    Hello,

I use ContactFrom7 and reCaptcha V3. I noticed that since I installed Cookie Yes, my contact form doesn’t work anymore when the user rejects the cookies (and the reCaptcha badge doesn’t appear on the page). If the user accepts the cookies, at that moment the reCaptcha badge appears on the page and the contact form can be used.

I would like the recaptcha to work (so the contact form can work) even if the user rejects the cookies.

    Do you know a solution?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your patience!

The issue you are facing is due to the NID cookie in the Advertisement category getting blocked prior to consent. The Cookie is having the script URL pattern google.com and while this cookie is blocked, this script URL pattern is also blocked prior to consent. To fix the issue, you may simply move the Cookie to the necessary category. Please check your compliance while making this change.

To change the category of a cookie, please head to your CookieYes account –> Cookie Manager –> [Cookie category in which the cookie is located] –> [Three dots icon beside the cookie] –> Edit cookie –> Category.

    Hello Nick,

Thank you for your answer. The Captcha badge does appear now, even before the user accepts or rejects the cookies, but the contact form doesn’t seem to work. I have emptied the cache of W3Total Cache, maybe I need to wait a bit?

    I’ll try again tomorrow.

    Kind regards,

Sorry for the late feedback. We still have issues with the form. But now, it is a red rectangle (server issue).

It seems the issue doesn’t come from CookieYes.

Thank you for your assistance, you may close the topic.
