    Hello!
I am facing the following issue:
After filling the contact form the user must hit Send (Trimite) button twice for the message to be send! Only after the second hit on the send button, the confirmation box appears and the mail is send to my inbox.
I have also tried disabling the Spam protection and Captcha – same issue.
This behavior is also on mobile.
I have rolled back the plugin back up to 1.9.6.2 – same issue.
Can you please help! Thank you!

It looks like is a caching issue with  W3 Total Cache plugin. For the moment I excluded the contact page from the cache and the issue is gone.
If someone has a better solution, please help! Thanks!

    Hi @cristipaltin ,

Great to hear that the issue is now resolved!

In most cases, issues like this happen due to caching plugins, which can prevent assets from loading properly and cause problems with form submission.

Since you mentioned you’re using W3 Total Cache, I recommend checking out this article for the proper WPForms settings: https://wpforms.com/docs/configuring-optimization-settings-for-wpforms-in-w3-total-cache/

Following these settings will help prevent similar issues in the future and ensure WPForms works smoothly across your site.

    Hope that helps!

    Hello @amjadali688!
Thank you for your reply. I don’t know what caused this issue, I did not have it before, but it is working now.
    Thank you!
