When a contact is updated, the contact list is automatically completely emptied.

We would like to kindly ask you if you can provide us with a screenshot of such contacts. (Please hide personal information if any) Since this is the first such case, we are wondering if it could be a plugin conflict, if you have any other plugin related to “contacts” or “roles” is a possible cause.
However, we would be happy to see a screenshot and more information.
