    The plugin never refreshes the login token, so you will regularly find the plugin has mysteriously disconnected at some point, and that all signups have silently failed. The support forums are filled with support requests all saying the same thing for years. Please, take this seriously.

    Would love a chance to dive in and potentially troubleshoot what’s going on with the plugin and your installation.

    We definitely take the topic seriously. There is functionality meant to help keep the access tokens active and valid, but it’s possible that some aspect of the process is failing to renew for what could be one of any possible reasons. We are also always looking for ways to harden that process up to keep it as seamless as possible. Sometimes edgecases come in and as we find them, we work them into a release for everyone.

    Michael, you DM’d me on this issue yesterday. I am using Version 2.16.2 of Constant Contact Forms and still am having issues with WP disconnecting with CC… so my forms are not able to accept new subscribers. Thanks for any help you can provide. Dale
