    @vallered do you have a adblocker installed or are you on a company network? This is a client side issue, you’ll want to check your browser plugins and network.

    Furthermore: does your plugin use Jquery? If so, could that be avoided by some settings?

    WordPress uses jQuery. Matomo for WordPress uses the jQuery that WordPress bundles.

    Right, I am using Ghostery, never had the experience that that is blocking something when working at the WordPress backend.

    Regarding jQuery: As far as I can see Matomo is not using jQuery at front-end (and that’s important for me), right?

    @vallered Matomo and WordPress both use jQuery. Matomo is sometimes blocked by adblockers since it is an analytics platform. Plugins like ghostery block trackers, and that can sometimes include the Matomo frontend (as some kind of false positive).
