    Hello,

Some of our users have been getting a security warning when submitting WPForms.

The error reads “The form could not be submitted due to a security issue.”

I reached out to WPForms who did some troubleshooting and they responded with “It appears there is a conflict between WPForms and the WP Armour – Honeypot Anti Spam plugin, and deactivating that plugin seems to resolve the issue.”

They suggested, “You could reach out to the plugin’s support team to share details of the conflict this plugin seems to be causing. They’d hopefully be able to help!”

I have had to deactivate WP Armour – Honeypot Anti Spam to resolve the issues, but I love WP Armour – Honeypot Anti Spam and would like to continue using it without the conflict, especially since is advertised to work with WPForms.

Can you please assist in resolving this conflict?

    Hi @psychicmind,

    Thanks for reporting the issue.

To help resolve this conflict, could you please create a staging site where both WP Armour and WPForms are active, and then send the access details to dnesscarkey@gmail.com? This will allow me to test and identify the conflict directly in your environment.

    Looking forward to your response!
