    “Start bulk processing” does not work. I can only use it with the Force checkbox selected. I get a timeout error.

    The second problem:
    I have 20k images, and the process freezes at 6k. The conversion process simply does not work.

    To help us further identify the issue, would you send us a debug zip to support(at)wpvivid.com? You can get the debug zip from your website > CompressX > System Info.

    When doing that, please also include a link to this thread to help track the issue.
