Hello @raqy
Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this matter to our attention.
We sincerely appreciate you informing us about the issue after upgrading to PHP 8.4, which caused the plugin to crash both the frontend and the Elementor editor. We understand how inconvenient this can be, especially when it affects the normal functionality of your website.
Please rest assured that we have shared the details of your report with our development team for further review. They will carefully check the compatibility with PHP 8.4 and investigate the behavior you experienced with the widgets, including the Scroll to Top widget.
At the moment, the matter is under internal review. Once we receive feedback from the development team, we will update you with further information and the next steps.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we look into this.

Thank you for prompt reply.
Update: after checking the issue with the developer of yet another plugin that caused the website to crash, it was advised to increase the following PHP settings to at least:
PHP memory limit: 300MB
PHP time limit: 300 seconds
That solved the issues with all the plugins that had caused the crash.
Cheers!

Hi @raqy,
Thank you for the update and for sharing the solution.
It seems the issue was related to the server’s PHP limits rather than PHP 8.4 compatibility. Increasing the PHP memory limit and time limit resolved the crashes.
Glad to hear everything is working now. If you face anything else, please feel free to let us know.
