• I have put a website live, using Bjork. The background colour [dark orange] is very nice. #F7CECE.

During testing four different browsers render the colour in to two different colours : dark orange or light pink. This seems to be down to individual browser settings ; 2 x Desk Top, 2 x Mobile. How do I ensure that #F7CECE Dark Orange is always showing as background ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @piloti001,

I’m only getting the pink background color when I visit the site, and from the looks of the CSS, it’s set as the background color in the site editor. Do you have a caching plugin installed? If so, try emptying the cache.

    HI …..
I’m not seeing anything in cache; I get two different colours on four different browsers. All different on “first view” so no cache. Just to be clear, my understading Is #F7CECE is supposed to be “dark orange” not light pink. Am I right ?
Question : is there a way to edit the background colour to choose a “custom colour” for all the background ? If yes, how ?
    Thanks.

Sure! You can change the background color in Appearance → Editor → Styles → Color.
