• Our low-budget non-profit has been using free Kadence for a long time, and always loved it. Recently, our site started showing a strange behavior around drop-down menus, so I wrote the Kadence folks asking if this might be related to a theme upgrade. The support folks at Kadence actually took the time to reproduce the behavior on our site. In addition, although they didn’t think it was related to any changes in the theme, they took the time to record a video of how it’s supposed to work (on one of their sites) and also to demonstrate a technique I could try to “reset” our site’s behavior.

    What they suggested worked like a charm, and our site is “back to normal.” This was a terrific support experience, way beyond anything I have experienced at the “free level” of other vendors. I can’t recommend Kadence highly enough.
