Checkout Not Functioning – Payment Methods not appearing

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I have enabled and disabled each payment method one by one and added all of them as an option now with same result. I really have no idea what this could be. I have googled and cant seem to find anything.

Do you have any other suggestions?

I activated the Storefront theme and same thing. I do notice a quick blink if you change the country field it is almost like the blockUi wants to disappear but then it is back again. Please if anyone can assist with this it will be greatly appreciated. I have wiped the whole install 3 times now.. Latest WP and latest WC versions. And only WC enabled..
