Can’t get the advertised video press 1 TB for $5

This is crazy I’ve been re-directed a million times to get the 1TB videopress, takes me to plans and I purchased the personal plan, still don’t have the 1TB, it’s showing active on my jetpack dashboard but I’m unable to upload videos, i have seen different pages that say get the video press but I can’t find it, what’s the issue?
