Cannot save changes to conditional logic

For some reason, when I try to assign a conditional logic to a field, no matter how many times I save it, it always reverts to the first option in the dropdown following the “equal/not equal” field. I’m trying to make a field appear on the condition that the user choose “option 2”, but when I save, it becomes conditional on the user choosing “option 1”. Additionally, on the actual form, any option I choose triggers the condition.
