Hi there, @taftaff,
I checked your site, and while I can see that Jetpack isn’t connected to your site and is instead retuning connection errors, the wp-admin page to access your site’s backend isn’t working too. It returns a 404 Not Found page.
I suspect that this 404 error might be related to the issue you’re having, although it sounds like you got a different view than my current one, as if the wp-admin login page was working.
Could you please check again the login access page of your site? If it returns a 4040 Not Found page to your either, you need to contact your hosting provider to have that fixed.
Once that’s done, we can investigate the login issue you reported, if it doesn’t get solved with your host’s intervention.
Hope that’s all clear! Let us know how if goes, and thanks for sorting this out with us!
Hey !
The login page to my website is this one : https://www.pjjacademy.fr/jemeconnecte/ and not the standard one, I changed it for security purposes. When I use it, I get the Jetpack protect prompt. Never had this before. Everybody sounds fine on the provider part, I just checked,

Hi @taftaff
Thanks for reaching out, and good call sharing your custom login link!
The message you’re seeing is from Jetpack’s Brute Force Protection. It blocked the IP (109.234.160.132) because it was flagged for suspicious activity—possibly from failed login attempts on another site.
To regain access:
- Enter your email on the blocked page.
- Check your inbox for the unlock link.
- Click the link to unblock your login.
If that doesn’t work, you can either allowlist your IP or temporarily disable Brute Force Protection via your WordPress.com Security settings.

Hey,
I was able to log on this time on my usual login page without changing anything. Thanks for your help if it was you. I’ll disable Jetpack protect tho !
Best regards,
Taftaf
Glad to hear you got back in!
