When I go into pagelayer to edit a header or footer template and click on update. I get the following message: “The content of the post is empty. Are you sure you want to save the post with blank content.”
If I click update everything in the header and footer disappears.

What is causing this?

I have Pagelayer Pro and Pagelayer Pro plugins.

Hi @newtech1 ,

You can restore the old changes of the page with the help of the History and Revision option.
Refer to the below guide on how to use the History and Revision.

If you still facing the issue we need to restore the page content from the database with the Post table.
