Cannot duplicate CPT

    Hi! Earlier I had a “Duplicate” button on the CPT “elementor_library” – But this duplicate button (added by ASE earlier) is not there anymore?

    Is it possible to get it back? it’s really useful. The duplicate button is there and works fine for other post-types, like Pages.

    @ingarb this has been removed in a previous release as I’m not sure whether Elementor stores data outside of wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables for their elementor_library CPT, especially for complex templates. I suggest asking Elementor to provide native duplication feature like how WooCommerce has it for their products CPT.

    That said, have you ever had any issue when duplicating Elementor templates? Even complex ones?

    Thanks for the quick reply! It always worked 100% for me.

    Never any issues, that’s why I liked it 🙂

    Right now, I have a Theme builder template I want to copy – but it is too complex for the Elementor Export/Import template function.. But your copy function always worked great..

    @ingarb good to know. I might bring it back for elementor_library in the future if I’m sure that it only stores data in wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables and nowehere else. Do you mind confirming that with Elementor support?
