Please provide us with the following information so we can check the case and help you fix the issue as soon as possible.
If possible, please describe in more detail what error you’re getting when trying to deactivate.
For example, please open the console with F12, take a screenshot of the error, and send it to us.
Most likely, this could be a conflict with another plugin.
As an alternative, you can also try deactivating the plugin in bulk from the plugins list.
