Cannot Create Custom Profile Template

    Hi!

    I am having trouble with using custom templates for a profile form. Following our documentation, I have:

    Child-Theme>Ultimate-Member>Templates>profile-test1.php.

    Profile-test1.php has this at top: <?php /* Template: Test1 */ ?>

    Yet, on the profile form edit screen, if I select Custom Template, I do not see any options other than “Default”.

    Please advise,
