We’ve been using Photonic for a bout a year now to link our galleries from SmugMug to our blog. Tonight going to add photos to our blog and find we cannot select the source. Clicking on any of the sources does nothing like prior how it would have a blue box around the source then we can select galleries etc etc but can’t make it past this first issue.

Nothing has changed in Photonic for the past few months – the last plugin update was 3 months and that dealt with one specific lightbox and did not touch the wizard. I suspect you might have updated another plugin on your site or added a new plugin, which is causing the conflict. I would recommend deactivating the other plugins and seeing if that solves the issue. You can then reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing the conflict. If deactivating the other plugins does not resolve the issue, the conflict may have been introduced by a theme update.

Can you verify if you have the Gutenberg plugin activated? If you do, can you deactivate it and see if this works? I have a feeling that this might be a Gutenberg-related change.

This should now be fully resolved for any type of configuration with version 3.30. Please let me know if it is still not working.

Hello, I have the same issue than @funnyfarmhomestead and I’m using the 3.3.0 version. Gutenberg is disable but it does not change anything.. Thanks

@pako69 – Can you please open the Developer Console in Chrome (Ctrl + Shift + I, or F12 in Windows) for the page where this is happening and let me know what you are seeing there?

    Hi @sayontan

Yes, but 0 errors… juste the 3 blue loading dots

@pako69 – In that case your situation is not the same as the original poster. The original poster was seeing the first screen, but not able to select a source.

Please start a new thread since this is an unrelated issue, and provide a screenshot of what you are seeing.
