Cannot change the Necessary label

Hi!

Thanks for your great plugin. I’ve been using if for years successfully.

But in the last release I can’t change the title (or label, if you prefer) of the Necessary Cookies section, for example I’d like to have Technical Cookies instead, but any change is not saved and Necessary re-appears.

Nevertheless other categories titles are fully customizable.

Is it a bug or something expected for some reason that I’m missing?
