Can user edit Custom Checkout Fields
-
We are using WooCommerce Subscriptions to sell membership dues and conference tickets to members. The site is not a membership site. It is just a product subscription that can be renewed each year.
I am using your plugin to create custom fields during checkout. These fields are used to collect data about our users like what language(s) they speak and what are their areas of research. I can find these fields in my export software (Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce) and I can see them when I pull up an order but I don’t see them in the Users area.
In your plugin, they are set up in Checkout Fields -> Classic Checkout -> Billing Fields.
I thought that I would be able to see them under Users -> [username] -> Customer billing address on the admin side of things but they aren’t there.
I have two questions:
- Can I set it up so these fields are able to be viewed by an admin user on the backend? Preferably in their user account info?
- Can we set it up so that when the user is logged in and looking at the My Account area in WooCommerce that they can see these custom fields as well? They should be able to edit them and make changes.
Thank you!
