Can not update customize on single template

    I customize my website using pagelayer. It works fine but when I try to customize the single template it have an error:

    Unable to update the Post content for some reason : Could not update post in the database.

    Even I didn’t change anything in single template, it still have error when I click update

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenienc caused,

    Kindly clear the cache of your browser and also if you are using an Edge browser then try to use a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox. Update the PopularFX themes and plugins as well (If you are using PopularFX).

    This problem might be a conflict with another plugin on your website. Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins and check whether the problem persists.

    You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.

    Also, please check if any blocking code is added in your domain’s .htaccess file. Remove it if any such code is encountered.

    Try disabling Mod Security and see if that works.

    It could also be related to a memory limit issue. Make sure to increase the memory limit by going to Control Panel > PHP INI Editor.
