Burst Statistics lost data

We’ve been using Burst statistic for a couple of years and it’s been great. Today however, virtually all the data is gone and it’s registering less than 20 visits a day when we average 200. There is a blip of real data for 3 or 4 days in the middle of september but everything else is lost.

As we’re in the process of fundraising, this data is essential to prove our results – is it retrievable? – and will the plug-in start working properly again?
