Booking email not reaching customer

Hello
I´m using version 6.2.9 and when customers make an appointment, the don´t get booking confirmation email (I get admmin email though). If I use test button I recieve two identical messages but one of them shows html code version. My SMTP is working properly because every other email is reaching destination ok. Are these situations related? How do I fix this?
