    If a user sets their browser to block all cookies then, obviously, the plugins cookie bar can’t set any consent or dismissal cookies.

    In that situation the consent bar keeps reappearing no matter how many times you Accept or Dismiss the bar, which again is obvious. To us. But not to many of my users.

    Is there any way to add an additional prompt when the Accept button is pressed:

    “Your browser is set to block cookies therefore we cannot record your acceptance. Please adjust your browser’s settings and try again”

    thanks for the suggestion. Can you add that as an issue in GitHub?
    It’s easier for me to keep track of improvements.

    Or, if you want, you can also submit a pull request with this feature.
