    the ANDROID app does not sync barcodes to woocomerce-  so for instance if i change the quantity it will immediately change in woocommerce – such as on my website or the woocommerce?wordpress backend- but the barcode field does not change the same way – the only way to change it in woocommerce is to go into the wordpress admin. 

    I have tried removing and reinstalling the plugin – i have tried clearing cache clearing data on ther android app 

    please help – i  need the barcode field to sync

    Hello @wordpressldcd

    This is expected. The plugin is designed with one-way sync for certain fields:

    Stock quantity updates made in Zettle sync to WooCommerce in real time.
    – However, barcodes only sync from WooCommerce to Zettle, not the other way around.

    This means any barcode changes made in the Zettle app will not update the WooCommerce product. The only way to ensure the barcode is synced properly is to add or update it within the WP admin in WooCommerce. That change will then be sent to Zettle.

    I hope this clarifies the confusion.
