    Hi Team

Today, I wanted to add one menu item to my main menu, but I did get an error message:

    Bad Request

  • Hello @teamtacho,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We haven’t been able to reproduce this issue on our end, so we’d appreciate it if you could perform a few checks to help us identify the cause.

The “Bad Request” error generally indicates that the server could not process the request. This can sometimes be caused by server security rules, such as ModSecurity, request size limitations, or plugin conflicts.

If the issue persists, please share a short screen recording showing the steps leading to the error. We also recommend contacting your hosting provider to check the server error logs around the time the issue occurs.

If possible, please also test whether the issue persists with all plugins temporarily disabled except for the required ones. If the issue disappears, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify any potential plugin conflicts.

To help us better understand your website’s environment, please provide your system information by navigating to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info and clicking Copy site info to clipboard. You can paste the information directly into your reply or upload it to pastebin.com or gist.github.com and share the link with us. Please remove any sensitive information, such as your email address, before sharing it. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://i.postimg.cc/fbjtkFyJ/image.png.

    I hope this helps.
    Best Regards

    Hi Shahin

thanks for the detailed response and sorry for the request. I doesn’t depend on your theme. It is a plugin which causes the issue.
