Backup Now and database

    When you select Backup Now, should it backup Files, Plugins, and the Database?

    I’m only see Files and Plugins getting backed up when I choose that button, no Database backup. (I looked in the Files to see if maybe it was included there, but didn’t see it.)

    Is there somewhere to adjust this setting?

    Hello @bws-online, Let me repeat so that I understand your issue –
    You’re trying to take the whole website backup (files + DB + plugins) by clicking “Backup Now” it doesn’t backup the full site only files are included.

    Correct. If I select Backup Now, in the list for the backup it takes, it shows icons for files and plugins (two separate icons to click to download) but not one for the database.

    I’m seeing now that this isn’t consistent across sites. I tried it on another site and it worked okay — but that other site still has the problem I referenced previously, where on first click to Backup Now it fails, and I have to click a second time to get the backup to run. For that second site, auto-updates still don’t work that are scheduled for the full site, just the database backups complete on the schedule.
