• In the backend page when clicking on ‘info’ on a user, the fields are shown as below:

By contrast, here is how the form is:

As one can see, the items are clearly separated in different sections rather than a section within a section

    Hi @nathdbest

There are no sections in the “Review Registration Details” popup that appears on clicking the “Info” link. See example here: https://ibb.co/GBdWrn7

Please clarify a problem on your website. Attach screenshots if possible.

Note that you should use a reputable image-sharing service for screenshots in this forum. Other images are removed automatically.

Hello, apologies for such a late reply. Regarding the pictures, I had tried to drag and drop and pasting the image on the thread but those did not work.
Here is a link showing the ‘box-in-a-box’ situation: https://ibb.co/m3QPscM
For reference, this is how the form looks like: https://ibb.co/v49QmnD1

    Hello @nathdbest,

Looks like closing tags are lost and styles are changed. Did you use the “Edit Row Settings” tool to add borders? Maybe you entered an incorrect value for some CSS property.

Could you inspect what comes in the response of the AJAX request that gets content for the “Review Registration Details” popup?

    1. Open the browser developers tools, then open the “Network” tab.
    2. Click the “Info” link.
    3. You’ll see a new admin-ajax.php request in the “Network” tab. Open this request and look at the “Response” subtab.

    Example: https://ibb.co/p63zzmHJ

    Regards
