back end – editor not reflecting changes

    WP and plugins fully updated.

    I have been using Blocksy for a while now, all of sudden since latest updates including WP to latest version, I am unable to see the changes I am making in the back end, in the editor. I have to rely on the preview page for every change. The things I am changing are also not reflecting correctly for example, I replace an image but the old image shows in the back end while the new one displays on the front end.

    This is the same for a logo icon, it appeared to not be loading but instead it just wasn’t displaying in the back end only front end.

    I also use Stackable and Blocksy Companion with this build.

    Any idea how I can rectify this please

    I’m not sure which “editor” you’re referring to in your message.

    Could you please record a short video demonstrating what you’re seeing? This will help me understand the issue and point you in the right direction.

    For example, if I duplicate an element it breaks format and I have to undo it to reset back to what I intended. Also shows how adding a logo doesn’t show it in the back end. Previously this wasn’t a problem. The errors are only on the back end not the front end.

    I understand your point. However, this matter relates to the page editor rather than the theme itself. As this is separate software not provided by us, we would recommend contacting the providers of your page builder directly with any concerns regarding their software.
