    Hi,

When I configure the footer, I’ve a different rendered between the editor and the front end. It’s very anoying. I’ve deactivated cache plugin and I’ve tried in private navigation but it doesn’t change anything.
This problem also happens in tablet and smartphone view.

It’s very difficult to configure the footer with this problem.

    Any help would be appreciate.

    Thanks.

  • Hi @elo8617,

Please share a screenshot of what the Footer looks like on the editor (Customizer) and share your site URL, so we can check from our end and compare it with the screenshot.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊

    Hi Herman,

Here the screenshot of the configuration.

    Here the site’s URL https://elodiecharani-osteo-animalier.fr

I don’t understand why I have a height difference between facebook icon and the paragraph “Suivez-moi”.

Same thing for the space between the image and the paragraph to the left of the footer.

Sorry for my bad english 🙄

    Thanks.

    Hi @elo8617,

I check your site above and it seems you have removed the HTML 2 element. Would you like to keep it like this, or you did it due to the problem you are facing? If you will still need assistance regarding this matter, please export the Astra Settings of your site and share it here. I will try to import it on my dev site and see if I can find something.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊

    Hi Herman,

Thank you very much for your answer and sorry for my late reply.

I have change the footer to finish the site for my client, and the problem disappeared, I don’t know really why ….

I use Astra theme for the design of all my sites and it was the first time that I’ve encoutered this problem …

    Best regards

    Elodie
