Astra Template not loading in pagebuilder | WordPress.org

When trying to import an Astra template into a page in Elementor pagebuilder, it does not work – shows “Importing Template..” forever. I enabled unfiltered file upload and updated all plugins and themes.

Waited for 10+ minutes for the template to import, nothing happens. Tried multiple times. What could be the issue here?

Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook. We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, Global Elementor Community.

WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
