• Hi Alex.

I use “ARMember – Complete Membership Plugin” to control user access to my site.
When I enable “Quiz Tool V3.01” it prevents ARMember from

    1) Managing Users
    2) Managing Plans
    3) Managing Private messages to Users

The practical effect is that when I click on the side WP menu “ARMember>Manager Users” the ARMember plugin attempts to load the users page, but all I can see is an endless loading animation. The actual user page is never loaded.
When I deactivate “Quiz Tool V3.01” everything goes back to normal.
    Questions:

    a) Are you aware of any clashes with the ARMember plugin.
    b) Can you look into it?

This is a critical issue for me because I can only use the Quiz Tool if I can manage user access to the site.

I added the plugin documentation link for your referemce:
    https://www.armemberplugin.com/documentation/

If you need other information, please let me know.

    Kind regards,
    Humberto

    Hi Humberto,

I’m not aware of a plugin clash for this plugin – I can look into it there is a copy of the plugin I can install – do you know if there is a free version I can test?

Other than that can you look in the browser inspector to see if there are any javascript errors occurring?

    Alex

OK. I’ll do that in my first free slot and let you know about any javascript errors.

    Hi Humberto,

I’ve got access to the free version and installed it.
Even on a blank install with no other plugins I get the endless loading animation.

I don’t think it’s a clash with QTL – I think it’s an issue with the datatables jquery script they are loading:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'fnInit' of undefined
is what I see when I load that page.

They are probably having a loading animation that will go away once the page loads successfully, but because the table isn’t rendering it never gets that far.

    BW,
    Alex

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you suggest I contact their support and inform about the Uncaught TypeError?

Hi – yes I’d start with them – if you can see an error in your inspector console on chrome copy any paste that. It is probably the same error I’m seeing.
    Good luck 🙁

    Thanks, Alex. I’ll do that.
In the next two/ three weeks, I plan to use the Quiz Too to its fullest range, and create many different tests. Should I continue reporting any bugs I find, or do you need break?

Hi – any bugs you find will be present on our Imperial system so by all means please keep in contact. If you create a new ticket for each issue I will be able to keep on top of things.

    Sure, I’ll do that.
    Thanks again.
