    Hi there,

I have just activated Sucuri Secutity, but I did not see any icon in sidebar to “Generate API Key” in order to activate the event monitoring.

When I accessed to wp-admin > sucuri > settings > API Service Communication, it shows that:

“The API service is disabled. Consider enabling the Log Exporter to keep the monitoring working. Otherwise, an attacker may execute an action that will not be registered in the security logs and you will not have a way to identify such an event while investigating the incident.

API Service Communication — Disabled— Service API URL not set. To enable the API service, add your custom API service URL as the SUCURISCAN_API_URL constant value to the main configuration file (wp-config.php). If you do not have a custom API to store the audit logs, the plugin will still store these logs on your hosting environment.”

I am a newbie and do not know what I should to do next. I do not know where is “Log Exporter” to enable or how to add custom API service URL.

    please support with many thanks.

@starter2025 Our apologies, at this time we no longer support that functionality and are working to remove it from the UI.  The plugin will still store these logs on your hosting environment.

    thank for your answer.

So, in order to address the issue, could you let me know how I should do to generate API to active Sucuri? or anything else I can do by myself?

If I leave the issue there, it means that anyone can attack my website and I really want to use Sucuri for my website.

I am looking forward hearing from you.
