AMP Cache: Why is it not Recommended?

    Why is it recommended to exclude caching AMP pages? I can see that the AMP cache is checked by default under “Don’t cache the following dynamic contents:”. But many plugins such as WP-Rocket does that… Is there anything specific in this plugin that will create problems with AMP cache? (I disabled WP-Rocket cache)

    Hi @muhammedswalihct,
    The reason AMP pages are set to not cache is that when you enable it some AMP plugin breaks the site. Moreover, you would be trying to cache the AMP pages on Cloudflare as well. The reason it is not needed is that AMP pages use Google tech and is always cached by Google servers anyways.
