Alignment and Layout Issue With the Connectors

I’ve been testing WordPress 7.0-beta5. There is an issue when you use WordPress in an RTL language (in my case, Central Kurdish-ckb). When you click on Connectors in Settings:

1. The admin menu gets messed up and has a broken layout. You can see the double arrows and spacing issue.
2. The Connectors heading should be aligned to the right.

What I’ve provided:

1. A video to show you the two areas.
2. Two different screenshots: the first screenshot is how everything looks right now, and the second screenshot is how everything should look. I corrected everything for your reference.
