After year of inactivity, new episodes show up only on iTunes

What could cause new episodes to only show up on Apple iTunes but not every other podcasting service/catcher (e.g., Google Play, Podbean, Overcast)?

With this show,
https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/chill-pills-uplifting-chillout-music/id1173558690?mt=2Before going on a 1-year hiatus as of Oct 2018, it was working just fine. New episodes show up everywhere.
I published new episode last Sunday and it showed up on Apple iTunes, BUT every other service/catcher is not getting the episode.
The show feed is validated and does contain the new episode:
