    Hello,

I’m reaching out because I have a question about SEO integration with Pods too.

On your website you mention that Pods has natural integration with Yoast SEO and that the Pods SEO plugin can be used to integrate Custom Meta fields into the SEO analysis. However, the Pods SEO plugin was closed on October 9, 2024 and is no longer available for download.

Given that, what is the recommended way to manage Meta Title and Meta Description for posts handled by Pods?

    Thanks in advance.

An archive of the plugin can be found on the Pods GitHub: https://github.com/pods-framework/pods-seo

Generic filters for adding custom meta or other data to SEO tags can be found in the Yoast documentation under the API section of each type of data under SEO tags: https://developer.yoast.com/features/seo-tags/titles/api/

Supporting the separate Pods SEO Add-on became difficult as it wasn’t used by many people and the evolving editor in WordPress itself required more investment than we could provide.

If you have it, Yoast SEO premium has an option in the Settings > Content Types > [Content Type] > Additional settings section which lets you add custom fields to page analysis. You can specify the custom field names separated by comma there.
