Adding the license key

    Hi there.

    We’re setting up sticky ads for a client’s website, and they sent us their license key after purchasing the “All Access” option with Advanced Ads. However there isn’t a field for me to add the key. Instead, there is a CTA which pushes me to purchase the all access, but it’s already been paid for.

    Please help me add in the license key?

    I’d prefer to keep the license key off the public forum – hope that’s okay.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Can you please check if you downloaded and installed the Sticky Ads add-on?

    It looks like this question is referring to a premium add-on. The forums on wordpress.org are only for the plugins that are also hosted here.
