Hello @pakistano!
Sorry but I’m unsure about your question.
Do you want to change the “Add to Calendar” string from English to another language or you just want to change the uppercase / lowercase characters?
Please let me know so I can proper help you 🙂

Hi @pakistano,
All of our plugins and add-ons have been translated into many languages.
That said, we primarily rely on contributions from users like yourself to help us keep things current. That means some languages may be partially complete. Translations for The Events Calendar and Event Tickets are managed over at the WordPress translations site.
The Events Calendar
https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/the-events-calendar/stable
Event Tickets
https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/event-tickets/stable
You can find additional details and instructions in our knowledge base. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/translating-the-events-calendar/
If you prefer translating the plugins directly on your site, you can use the Loco Translate plugin, but please note that this is a fast way to solve it, but you’ll not be collaborating with the official plugin translations. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/managing-translations-with-loco-translate/
Let us know if this helps. Have a great day.
Best,
Abz

Hi @pakistano, thanks for confirming. Could you try clicking on the button Sync? “Add to Calendar” should appear, see the screenshot here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0uyezdR.
Please do clear any caching plugin and browser cache to make sure it appears on the frontend.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Abz
