Have you also tried another browser and made sure no ad blocking tools are enabled while using the Advanced Ads plugin?

The issue is still present. It’s nothing to do with the browser or ad blockers; the Advanced Ads plugin changes my ad codes about once a week.
Today it replaced one script with another, and deleted another one altogether.
I am the only one with access to my site.

Interesting. I am not aware of any issues like the one you described, and was unable to reproduce the behavior so far.
On your posts I can see three adverts “before content”, “after the first image” and after the content. These look fine from outside.
While using the text and code ad type from Advanced Ads, you may have noticed that the editor used in the text input field got a syntax check. It is possible that incomplete ad code is changed by this editor window in order to produce working code while saving the ad?
Can you please check your ad code for errors in the input field?
Can you give an example of your code so I can try to reproduce the behavior?

I have a new site and the problem is still present. Every week like clockwork it changes or deletes the ad codes and I have to update them all again manually. This issue is present on three different sites, hosted on different servers.

I doubt it’s a syntax problem because it works straight away as soon as I change it and click save.
For some reason it only affects ads from Adsterra and not MGID.

is the issue still ongoing?
I still expect some third-party plugin or setting to interfere here. Since you said it’s changed “like clockwork” I can think of things like automated backups or something else running on a cronjob doing “optimizations” with the database or similar.

Still unsolved. All other ad code remains undeleted apart from Adsterra’s so I don’t know how it could be a cronjob, even though it sounds like it.
I created a test ad using the provided Adsterra code, if I understand you correctly I have to wait for about to week to review this and see if it also changed.
If you have additional tips on how to reproduce this, please let me know.

Nice. It happens with the social bar and popunder ad types, not sure about the others
I’ve added your code to an ad on my test page and reviewed this last week and right now. There are no changes in the code and I was able to re-save the advert without any difference in the ad code itself.
I fear my possibilities to test this further are exhausted here. And I have assume some specific configuration is causing the issue. If you could provide a detailed description or video on how to reproduce the behavior, please let me know and I’ll give it another try.
