Activating this plugin breaks wp dashboard

    Hi,

    I’ve had the siteorigin sitebuilder plugin on this site for some time already, and it was recommended by the themebuilder to add this plugin for extra features.

    Once I install the plugin & press activate the screen goes white, and the entire WP-dashboard is only showing white, cant do anything anymore. I used the FTP to remove the plugin, and the WP-dashboard is running again.

    Any idea what might be causing this behaviour?

    Any suggestions still welcome, but seems not specific to this plugin as others just did the same, will ask this question in the general wp support forums.

    Sorry to hear about this. Do you by any chance have access to your PHP error logs? This would be a huge help in figuring out what’s causing the problem.

    The server is showing a fatal error involving theme related files, So I’ve moved my questions to their support site.
    I don’t think your plugin has anything to do with it, as it also occurs with a couple of other plugins, and not on other sites that run on the same server, same php settings.
