Activate 2FA button missing

    Hi,

    I am trying to set up 2FA on a member site where everything is hidden behind a login.

    When we (several users have reported this) try to activate 2FA by submitting a code from the authenticator app, there is no ‘Activate 2FA’ button.

    It’s only as a administrator there is a button in the WP controlpanel, but nothing on the frontend for the users.

    What has gone wrong?
