• Undefined variable $form_placeholder_attr in vertical-header-search.php on line 47.

The $form_placeholder_attr variable defines a label for the search field to meet accessibility requirements. This variable is defined when the label for the header search field is disabled; however, if the label display is enabled, the variable is not defined anywhere in the code, resulting in the generated error.
