    Seriously how hard is it now to just have an update that doesn’t break a site!! Updated to 9.4.0 and going through the order process of placing an order on the site however on checkout received this message

    “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

    What did I change, nothing!! Updated the plugin and just received that error, even though on the backend Stripe and card payments are enabled as per 9.3.2. Ended up having to downgrade to the working version whilst whatever is happening with each major release is fixed. There shouldn’t be this many issues when updating the plugin!

    Thank you for reporting this. We are looking into the issue. Could you please confirm if you are using the new checkout experience or the legacy checkout experience in the Stripe plugin setting and if you are connected via OAuth?

    Haven’t used the legacy version in years so it’s the UPE version. All I did was update to 9.4.0 and no payment was present. Even though all back end it’s showing as enabled. Went through and resaved the Stripe payment settings and then still nothing

    Roll backed to 9.3.2 and works as it should! Also 9.4.0 slows the back end of the admin down so it’s incredibly inefficient and slow!!! Navigating admin takes forever to load

    I appreciate your detailed report. Our developers are working on the fix at the moment, and the issue will be fixed. For now, downgrading to version 9.3.2 is recommended as a temporary fix.

    I am so sorry you are experiencing this issue with your website. Some minutes ago, we released a new patch version that should solve the bug you are having. Can you give it a try and let us know?

    How is this 9.4.1 a “fix” when all it says is “force rollback” on the changelog which means it’s the same thing as manually removing and added back 9.3.2 – unless I’m missing something?!

    Force rollback so all the additional features and new updates on 9.4.0 are no longer available or included?? Need more details before I add another broken version of the plugin to my site!

    Yes, that’s a rollback, same as 9.3.2. We will work on fixing the issues before re-including the new features on a next version.

    Shame there had to be a forced rollback to “fix” what looked like a decent feature set in the plugin. Seeing as it’s just the same as 9.3.2 I’ll use the “updated” version of 9.4.1 for now but very disappointed a bug as huge as this was pushed out before fully tested as it’s effected many sites!!

    We understand how frustrating it is to encounter a critical issue after an update, especially when everything was working prior. The rollback in version 9.4.1 was issued to quickly restore functionality for affected users while we continue investigating the root cause of the payment method issue introduced in 9.4.0. The goal is to reintroduce the new features with proper stability in a future release.
