3D secure support?

Hi, I was looking at the reviews of your plugin and I came across one where someone commented as a negative thing that you don’t support 3D-Secure. I would like to confirm this: if a customer subscribes using a credit card that has 3D-Secure, through PayPal or Stripe, won’t the amounts be charged automatically?
