
For yearly and monthly licenses the purchase of a product entitles you to premium technical support from the date of purchase for the paid subscription time.
Note: pre-purchase contacts are not considered as technical support and therefore are not subject to this restriction.
Access to updates will be valid also for the paid subscription time.
If your subscription did not auto-renew, or expired, you can still use the product on your site for as long as you like but you can no longer access the file for download or receive support or updates for the product.
For one-time purchase products the purchase of a product entitles you to free technical support within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, given the amount of products sold over the years and the cost required to maintain the ongoing support services, we can not offer free support for life for each purchase. For that reason, after the initial 60 days from the purchase date, technical support will be provided free of charge only if it concerns:
If you bought a product more than 60 days ago and your inquiry does not fit any of the above criteria, you can purchase a 60 days extension of Technical Support for the desired product, for EUR 25.
