We have adjusted our commercial measures to offer you the highest flexibility.
If you have booked your tickets through a travel agency or tour operator, please contact them directly.
➡️ You don't want/can't travel anymore
All our tickets are 100% exchangeable and refundable.
You can postpone your departure date without any change fee. If the original fare is no longer available, however, you will need to pay any fare difference.
We invite you to process directly through the Manage my Booking section.
Basic tickets bought before September 29th, 2020 can't be modified online. If you are in this case please contact us.
The travel date change request must be made before the initial departure date.
You can request a refund for all tickets, valid for travels between March 4th and December 31st, 2021.
If you purchased a non-refundable ticket, you will receive a voucher valid for 1 year. This voucher can be refunded at any time during its one year-validity.

You want to request a travel voucher
If you don't know when you will be able to travel you may request a voucher valid for 12 months on all French bee destinations.
If at the end of this period the credit note has not been used, new arrangements will be made, possibly for a refund.

You'll be able to modify your BASIC, SMART and PREMIUM tickets without application of change fee.
The change request must be made before the initial departure date.

FLIGHT SCHEDULES
Tahiti
Due to the mandatory compelling reason for travel to/from Polynesia for non vaccinated travelers and a strict quarantine upon arrival, we have to adapt our flight schedule for the next weeks. The customers concerned by flight modifications/cancellations have been advised by SMS and email.
