McKinsey & Co. reported recently that over 56% of enterprises are choosing to put in place their own upskilling and reskilling programs as they are unable to cost effectively recruit employees on the open market.
The Solution:
By introducing an entirely new Learn-By-Doing method of training, NCLab provides Data Analyst and Python Developer trainees with the necessary practical experience to fill available jobs.
